Mazzer

The Mazzer App lets you communicate easily with your coffee grinder; it is useful for viewing working data and maintenance reports, easily adjusting parameters and collecting customer feedback. 

The free app connects to the nearby coffee grinder via Wi-Fi or in Wi-Fi Direct mode; once connected, the working data from the last 10 days can be downloaded onto your device. Furthermore, it allows you to monitor your grinder and the wear condition of the burrs.

The app is divided into four working areas: service, adjustments, statistics and surveys.

SERVICE 

Maintenance interventions can easily be scheduled, thanks to the useful remaining life indicator for the burrs and the dose loading function. In fact, the grinder can be loaded with the number of doses that corresponds to the amount of coffee stored at the premises. Service data can be made directly visible to the technician. 

ADJUSTMENTS

Conveniently adjust the grinding-related electronic settings (grinding grinding times and grinding pauses) from your device with the Mazzer App, without having to use the grinder’s menu, thus making everything simple and fluid.

STATISTICS

By studying the data collected by the coffee grinder during the working day, the Mazzer App can help you improve the performance of your premises’ coffee service. You can easily view, save and share this data.

SURVEY

The survey management system allows you to collect customer feedback on the services offered by the premises: simply use the app on a tablet and place it at the counter to receive customer feedback on the various aspects of the service that interest you most. Alternatively, you can use the app on multiple tablets and carry out taste and cupping tests. Any findings will help you improve the service whilst also creating social media content, if desired.

Once registered, the coffee grinder owner (Master) will be the only person authorised to create other users and assign one of the four different access types (each with varying degrees of data visibility) to these users (Manager, Operator, Maintenance Technician, Installer). 

Furthermore, the coffee grinder’s firmware can also be updated via the Mazzer App, so that you can always be in possession of the latest onboard electronic features.
