DELIVERY AND POSTNATAL CARE

HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONTACTS

Save and activate a Doctor, MLHP, ANM, ASHA worker or another trusted medical contact. Only active saved contacts are displayed and can be called directly from the app.

TELE-MANAS SUPPORT

Pregnancy may sometimes bring stress, fear, sadness, loneliness, family pressure, sleep problems or overwhelming thoughts.

Tele-MANAS provides free 24×7 tele-mental-health support. Call 14416 or 1800-89-14416, choose a preferred language and speak with a trained counsellor.

Tele-MANAS is not an ambulance. For immediate self-harm risk, severe bleeding, fits, breathing difficulty, unconsciousness or another life-threatening emergency, call 112 or 108 and seek hospital care immediately.

The app supports English, Telugu and Hindi.

PRIVACY

Pregnancy and child-care records are primarily stored locally on the user’s device. The app does not require a health-record account. Information leaves the app when the user deliberately shares a report or uses an external service.
