MONITORING climatological DEL NORTE - is a grouping nonprofit organization with years of experience in monitoring climate and go straight to the hotspots of events come together to re-intepetrar the information provided by the local media and foreign tools as NOAA, NASA and BUREAU oF AUSTRALIA together with the observation and reporting of collaborators in the surrounding areas.

We followed since 1997 the events happening in the area and recording this information from the known phenomenon of El Niño 1997-1998. Monitoring (MCN) is not intended, he does not want and do not want to alarm people but we are very interested to the real, direct and useful for the cities of our presence and analyzing information.
