Answer: MCRSKPA app will help occupants of Railway quarters under Kanchrapara workshop to register complaints related to quarter maintenance and keep track of the complaint status with feedback facility. Only authorised Railway quarter holders having valid PF/Employee number and mobile number get to register with the app and create their own account with password. Afterwards complaints can be registered with already available options with the app or "others" option also having facility of uploading photo/video of the issue. The concerned Railway authorities will take necessary action against the raised issue.
