The MedEst app is your indispensable tool for monitoring your health status. MedEst allows the patients and health care workers to be in touch at any time and from anywhere. Thanks to our app you can:

• Enter the results of measurements of medical records manually or using devices integrated with MedEst;

• View the dynamics of change of medical records for a selected period;

• Receive a daily well-being questionnaire designed specifically for you and send the results of completing it to the health care worker;

• Get recommendations from the health care worker, reminders about the prescription implementation, as well as record the latter;

• Exchange messages with the health care workers;

• Participate in video conferences with medical professionals;

• Keep a health diary.

All information about your health is transferred to a health care professional, allowing them to monitor any changes in your health, make the proper recommendations and take appropriate measures if necessary.
