▶ Yoga and decongestive gymnastics: Yoga offers many benefits for lip and lymphedema patients. Yoga postures and flows stabilize and mobilize the body and mind. The flowing, gentle movements stimulate the lymphatic system and activate the muscle pump. In the app you can expect video tutorials specially tailored to edema patients.

▶ Relaxation exercises: Relaxation is especially important during periods of upheaval - and the diagnosis changes the whole life of the patient. The exercises in the app help to reduce stress. The focus is mainly on breathing techniques that support lymphatic drainage.

▶ Document your wearing period: Compression is an important part of edema therapy. As an incentive, the medi companion asks you daily how long you are wearing your compression stockings. Documenting the wearing time motivates you to put on the compression stockings every day and consolidate this important routine.

▶ Your assistant for questions about stocking: The assistant is always at your disposal for any questions concerning compression stockings, for example, how to wear them or what to look for when washing. Specific questions will guide you to the right answer or helpful video.
