Through it, you can access:

1) In the APP you can read a new inspiring positive message every day, you can still share it with your friends or even search for a message with topics of interest to you based on more than 1500 messages sent in the last 5 years.

2) The APP has several meditations such as: guided audio and video, meditation with timer where you define how long you want to meditate. The APP offers you statistics of your daily, weekly, monthly meditation time so that you can know how much you meditated within a certain period.

3) The APP has several videos to help you on your journey, short videos for reflection and even longer videos with lectures and interviews.

4) You can also create reminders to meditate, configuring according to your availability and MeditarBK will notify you at the chosen time.

5) You will be able to follow the complete program of workshops, lectures, EAD meditation courses and the quality of life program offered by Brahma Kumaris.
