App that helps the users keep track of one's mental health for free easily
With it being harder and harder in today's society to keep track of one's mental health and maintain a healthy one, we developed this application for the users to easily keep track of one's daily mental health and observe how one's own mentality changes or stays over time. By writing detailed notes and giving mental health scores daily or time period of your choice, users will be able to do self-reflection in their mental health and improve the ways in which one approaches life.
