Information about MenthyApp

Menthy is an app designed to help people better understand their mental health. In the first course on STRESS TRANSFORMATION skills, activities and information provided in the App to help people practice self-transformation of stress thinking and take advantage of the useful aspects of stress. The exercises in the course are based on the approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness by Kelly McGonial and Marsha M. Linehan.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy that has been proven effective in many scientific studies. Empirical evidence-based treatments will help identify exactly the psychological problems of every person and thereby offer effective and personalized treatments. The methods used also help individuals adjust their behaviors and maintain their behaviors, helping to prevent relapses of cognitive and behavioral problems.

Studies have shown that cognitive behavioral therapy helps treat and control a wide variety of psychological problems, from depression, anxiety disorders, eating habits abnormalities, sleep disorders, chronic pain disorders, substance abuse problems, and anger management). The available evidence shows that the treatment of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is based not only on what people think about it but has been proven effective through many scientific evidences.

The Menthy App has been developed by the research team since early 2020. The App was developed and tested on a group of students who volunteered to participate in the study.

We appreciate and appreciate the contributions of all research team members and students. All efforts have helped the App to be put into use in supporting the mental health of all young people across the country.
