Maternal

Emergency Screening Application (MESA) is a plan

information technology design to facilitate pregnant women in

early identification of risk factors for emergency pregnancy

and able to make decisions. The method used is Research

and Development (R&D) as a development for previous research.

The use of the Maternal Emergency Screening Application (MESA) is expected

provides an opportunity as an early screening system to identify risks

emergency pregnancy and help the nurse to take action

proper treatment in order to reduce AKI.
