MessageSpring Manager

Manager is the mobile version of the MessageSpring Web Dashboard. This app empowers you to manage your place information and profile, communicate with your audience via chats, and create and send messages with all the features available in the web dashboard. Additionally, you can filter, view, and unsend messages in your timeline. Key features include:

• Compose a Message: Create general or event messages, set priorities (Informational, Important, Urgent, Emergency), schedule and set reminders, and manage message settings (chat, TTS, share, message history). Save, edit, or delete draft messages.

• Message Features: Specify recipients, channels, social media (except Instagram), and format text. Attach photos, files, and videos. Calculate message credits.

• Message Timeline: View general, event, draft, and scheduled messages. Show social media (except Instagram) details, message titles, recipient names, and statuses. Filter messages by date, type, expiration, status, and creator.

• Message Details: View message details including recipients, channels, title, body, TTS playback, and sharing options. See reach metrics, show/hide web message history, view in other languages, and manage event messages.

• Profile and Preference Settings: Edit profile and place information, change passwords, manage account settings, and view terms of service and privacy policy.

• Chats: Real-time updates for chat timelines and details, with translation and deletion options.
