Things to know about Mevlana's life;

He was born in 1207 in the Belh region of Khorasan.

His mother is Mümine Hatun, daughter of Belh Emir Rükneddin. His father is Hüseyin Hatib, the son of Muhammed Bahaddin Veled, known as the sultan of scholars.

The origin of Mevlana is the subject of discussions in the form of Tajik, Turkish and Persian.

He taught in the city of Belh, which was among the Islamic Cultural centers of the period.

Seyyid Burhaneddin, who came to Konya in 1232, was buried under the spiritual tomb. He served him for a total of 9 years.

The greatest work Mevlana wrote throughout his artistic life was Mesnevi.

It is organized around the idea of ​​oneness, known as the basic teaching of Celaleddin Rumi.

Mevlana wrote most of his works in Persian. But besides this, he used it in Turkish, Greek and Arabic, albeit rarely.

His Mesnevi, which he wrote in Konya, was written in Persian.

His works are still read in their original form.

They are frequently read works in Greater Iran and in places where Persian is spoken.

Translations of the works are widely read, especially in countries such as Azerbaijan, Turkey, South Asia and the USA.

Mevlana died on December 17, 1273 at the age of 66.
