With this MyMMC app from Máxima MC, you always have your medical data at hand via a secure digital environment. You can find all information about your appointments and treatments via your personal timeline. You can see exactly when you have an appointment, with whom and whether you need to prepare. Via the menu you can check your personal details, view research results and register online for your appointment. You can also read a patient folder or fill out a questionnaire via this app.

• are a patient in Máxima MC;

• are 12 years or older;

• are in possession of DigiD.
