Mimo helps consumers buy products they are looking for. It allows you to talk directly to your clients to help them find the product they are looking for.

How does it work?

1) You will receive a notification with a new mimo - that is, a consumer requested to talk to an associate from your store.

2) After accepting the mimo, you will communicate with your customer via in-app texting, recommending the products that are available in your store and that match the description of what they are looking for.

3) If the consumer likes any product you recommended, they will be able to purchase that product with you via the app.
