Mindpax M1

Mindpax M1 is an application for recording and understanding your mood and symptoms when you are suffering from mood disorders. Feedback helps you recognize negative triggers and sustainably improve your self-management.

The parameters that Mindpax M1 collects are mood, rest, activity, life events and medication intake. Rest and activity information is recorded using a connected sensor wristband. You will receive the wristband from your practitioner.

HOW IT WORKS:

- Long-term monitoring records symptoms weekly using a questionnaire validated in clinical studies

- With the help of the wristband, rest and daily activity are recorded, which are closely related to the symptoms

- Add life events that affect your mood

- Confirm that you are taking your medication

- Helpful insights and graphics help you to recognize patterns

- Understand your mood and behavior better

- Recognize triggers and their timing for symptoms and phases

- React to phases together with your practitioner at an early stage and avert them

ABOUT MINDPAX:

The app was developed in cooperation with psychiatrists, psychotherapists and patients and is classified as a medical product of risk class I according to the Medical Device Directive (MDD). Mindpax can be used by patients with a mood disorder to support regular therapy.
