* This application is a manual tool and does not provide automated exercise tracking.
* Enter exercise name, sets, and reps in the log view.
* Start a rest timer by adding 30, 60, or 90 seconds.
* View total completed workouts, total sets, and total reps in the dashboard.
* Mark a workout as finished to clear the current list and increase the total history count.
* Delete a logged exercise using the remove button.
