The Real Estate Marketplace of Real Estate Bussines School was created with the aim of taking a step further to connect the network at the national level and that we can generate and share projects and business by and for the students, in which to manage in a personalized and agile way the information and the contacts that interest each one due to necessity and location.

The spirit that emanates from this proptech is to share talent, synergies and business in trusted circles of Real Estate Bussines School.

How the Real Estate Marketplace works

To maintain the discretion that the projects require, the member who generates the proposal (publisher in future) will maintain anonymity until the interested party generates the contact request.

The publisher will complete the proposal form, which from Real Estate Bussines School we will communicate by email marketing and through this website to the rest of the members.

The projects will have a minimum ticket of € 1M.

In order to maintain that collaborative spirit, if the project generates a fee to share, 10% of these in each closed proposal will be destined to self-finance the Real Estate Marketplace and Real Estate Bussines School scholarships. If the closing of an operation does not generate fees, it will be 1% of the proposal that is closed to the Real Estate Marketplace and to the scholarships.
