MMS Training

READY FOR A NEW SPORTS EXPERIENCE? The MMS TRAINING app will give you access to a personalized training program to help you reach your goals (weight loss, building muscle, surpassing yourself or keeping fit). You can take online lessons from your favorite trainers from home.

WORKOUTS DESIGNED FOR YOU:

- MY TRAINER: will offer you each week a training program adapted to your goals and your timetable,

- ONLINE CLASSES: the best trainers to follow your favorite classes (yoga, pilates, strengthening, HIIT, boxing ...),

- SHORT TRAINING: Workouts and online courses to be completed in less than 15 minutes,

- TRAINING PLAN: MMS TRAINING, will accompany you in your preparation for marathon, half-marathon, 10km, or triathlon. 12-week training programs with a great time!

- WITH OR WITHOUT MATERIAL: The training is done with body weight or with accessories and can for the vast majority be done at home,

Downloading and using the MMS TRAINING app is free. Access to all the content of the application is available by subscription via PLAY STORE.

THE SUBSCRIPTIONS :

- MONTHLY: € 6.99 per month

- SEMI-ANNUAL: € 29.99 for 6 months

- ANNUAL: € 48.99 for one year

Each type of subscription gives access to all the functionalities of the application, there is only the duration which changes according to the selected subscription.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before its expiration. Your subscription renewal will stop in the settings of your PLAY STORE account. You can also manage your subscription in the settings of your PLAY STORE account (for example changing the type of subscription).

The termination of a current subscription is not authorized.
