MOCHA Health Tool for research

This is the general user version of MOCHA app. The app is using to improve cancer survivor's health. The app allows users to track their daily diet and activities. The app contains the activity videos that provided by the weight management specialist.

App users can receive additional support through the text messaging function in MOCHA. The certified care provider can check the user's mood tracking, diet and activity history, and messages instantly with the provider version of MOCHA.
