Sentinel-2 Rice Growth Stages Monitoring with artificial intelligence

Application Monitoring Stage against Rice / Standing Crop with Sentinel-2 Satellite Imagery via artificial intelligence. The model is based on field observations combined with satellite data. This map is based on the results of the analysis every 5 days if there are <30% cloud coverage. The accuracy model itself is 90%, then the results of field validation vary from 74-85%. The phases considered are:

1. Fallow/Bare land phase: This phase consists of empty land after planting

2. Flooding Phase: This phase shows that the air is sufficiently inundated enough to make the soil invisible

3. Vegetative phase: This phase starts with the sowing plants marked by inundation of land until tall plants cover the soil.

4. Reproductive stage: This stage of rice is peaked green and panicles appear.

5. Ripening phase: This phase is grain filled and have yellow appearance and ready to harvest.
