Monkey is a term that covers some simians in the order Primates. Monkey species found today are descendants of Old World monkeys. This species lives in the treetops of the rainforests of Brazil, Colombia, and Ecuador. Mandrills can grow up to about 1 m, and adults can weigh up to 35 kg. Monkeys usually climb with the help of their tails.
