Moondala: Sua mandala lunar!

Moondala brings the ancestral tool of the lunar mandala (or diagram) in a simple, practical and accessible way. It can be used by everyone: women, men, people who menstruate or not - for people who menstruate, it is guided by the menstrual cycle (inner moon); for people who do not menstruate, it is guided by the lunar cycle (outer moon).

In addition to sharing a journey of self-knowledge and reconnection with the feminine side that exists in all beings, Moondala brings biological and ancestral content and explanations, with information on each of the 4 phases of the cycle.

The lunar mandala is alive, personal and proper to each one. At Moondala you have the option to fill your mandala with the 7 main chakras of the human body or to personalize your own mandala.

Moondala is a circle and each day of the cycle is a "slice", the number of slices in Moondala always being equal to the number of days in the cycle (whether guided by the outer or inner moon). Each day, you will analyze your feelings and behaviors according to the 7 chakras or the aspects of your choice, using colors and symbols.

My Cycles

Your Moondalas from previous cycles are saved and, analyzing your history, you can see patterns that are repeated at each stage of the cycle. Thus, we develop self-knowledge, bringing awareness about sensations and behaviors, in addition to being able to plan according to our cycle, making better use of productivity peaks and respecting introspection peaks.
