MORC Trail Conditions

1) Fixed an issue where notifications wouldn't re-register when you install app on a new device.

2) Trails that have not been updated in 3 months were being filtered out. I removed this (it will be coming to a settings screen in the future) because with favorites you can simply add the trails you want to see and ignore the rest. The idea that this would maybe breath new life into trails that have been since forgotten.
