MoveWell

MoveWell brings your physical therapist's exercises home — with a short video of every movement, so you always know exactly what to do and how to do it right.

Between appointments, a paper handout of stick figures is easy to forget. MoveWell replaces it with the real thing: your therapist collects short clips of each exercise, assembles them into your program, and you follow along at home — watching the actual movement, then logging how it felt.

FOR PATIENTS

• See today's session at a glance and tap into your program

• Watch a clear video clip of every exercise before you do it

• Log how each exercise felt — "felt good" or "pain" — so nothing slips through the cracks

• Adjust the sets and reps to what you actually did

• Keep a simple history of your sessions between visits

FOR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS

• Build a library of your own exercise clips — bring them in from your camera roll or the share sheet

• Tag and organize exercises into reusable programs

• Assign a program to a patient in a couple of taps

• See how patients are doing between visits — what they logged, and where they flagged pain

WHY MOVEWELL

• The movement, not just the name — every exercise is a video, not a diagram

• Built for the space between visits, where recovery actually happens

• Private by design: no ads, no public feed, no follower counts. Your program is between you and your therapist.
