MPF Serviços

MPF Serviços is an application that serves as a communication channel between the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) and the citizen. It offers 16 services:

- Representation (initial complaint)

- Request procedural information

- Request information provided in the Law on Access to Information - Search of events

- Request electronic negative certificate

- Request procedural follow-up

- Search processes and documents

- Forward documents related to a MPF process

- Signing documents together with the MPF (contracts, agreements, etc.)

- Forward documents not related to an MPF ​​process

- Complain about an unanswered request for information

- To register dissatisfaction with the services rendered by the MPF (including omissions)

- Representing (denouncing) illegal act or irregularity practiced by MPF member or server - Criticizing acts, positions or services provided by MPF members, servants and auxiliary services

- Propose improvements to the services provided by MPF

- Praise the services provided by MPF

In addition, there can be accessed the updated news of the MPF Portal, the Transparency Portal, addresses and telephone numbers of the MPF units throughout the country; and the institution's official profiles on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Size of attachments

Any citizen can file complaints and request information about the institution and procedures and can be attached files of a maximum of 10MB, totaling up to 100MB in size (all attachments together).
