The new Picture Capture feature lets you take and attach photos right from the mobile app.
When creating a service request, users can—
—attach a photo to the request being created.
—delete a photo from the request being created.
When in the To Dos list, users can—
—attach a photo to an open request.
—delete a photo from an open request.
—view photos that were previously attached to the open request.
Mobile users can view the “Upon Arrival Ask For” section on a request.
