G Navigation

G Navigation helps you find your way on your phone and view directions on your compatible watch. Prepare your route before you start and only operate the navigation when you've stopped in a safe location.

APP FOR WEAR OS

• Install G Navigation on your Android phone and paired Wear OS watch. The watch needs your phone to receive routes and calls.

• View maps, turns, distance, and remaining time.

• When the call feature is enabled, see the caller's name and the calling app (such as Zalo, Messenger). The incoming call screen can be full-screen when you grant permission and the system allows it.

• Answer or reject calls; view the duration, end the call, or request to transfer the audio to the watch during a call.

• Listen and speak through the watch's speaker/microphone; a Bluetooth connection is required to support calls. Operations and audio depend on the phone, watch, calling app, and granted permissions.

• Enable features and grant access to phone notifications, along with connection/notification permissions explained during setup. These can be disabled in Settings. G Navigation does not record calls.

• Set up routes, permissions, and accounts on your phone.

**NAVIGATION ON YOUR PHONE**

• Find locations by name, address, or select on the map.

• Create routes for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, or walking.

• View distance, estimated time, and a list of turns before you go.

• Light/dark interface, supports Vietnamese, English, and Chinese.

**DIRECTIONS ON YOUR WATCH**

• View turn directions, distance, and route information on supported watches.

• Connect compatible Huawei, Xiaomi/Redmi Vela, and Amazfit Zepp OS models; see the list in the app.

• Receive Google Maps directions when you proactively grant notification access.

• Maintain a navigation session even when the phone screen is off, with a notification indicating the active session. Background playback and resuming depend on the device, Bluetooth, and battery saver settings.

APP CALLS

• Option to display calls and caller names from Zalo, Messenger, Telegram, or Viber on compatible watches.

• Answer, reject, or end calls when the phone, watch, and app support calling. Name, controls, and sound are not uniformly supported across all devices.

• Notification access must be enabled and permission granted. Contacts permission is optional for creating temporary contacts to support name lookup; app-created contacts are cleaned up after a call. This feature can be disabled in Settings.

SETUP

• Install the appropriate companion app: Huawei Health, Mi Fitness, or Zepp, along with G Navigation on your supported watch.

• Pair and select your watch in the app.

• View the explanation of each permission and decide whether to grant it: location for navigation, Bluetooth for connectivity, notifications for session status. Additional permissions are introduced by feature.

• An internet connection is required to download maps, find locations, and calculate routes.

PREMIUM

• Some navigation and watch sync features require Premium.

• Trials are available for eligible accounts and devices.

• Premium is a one-time purchase through Google Play, not a monthly subscription. See pricing and unlocked content in the app before purchasing.

• Log in with the correct account and use the transaction recovery feature to restore access.

PRIVACY

• No ads, no sale of user data.

• The app and its providers process the data needed for maps, navigation, connectivity, accounts, and Premium verification; the map SDK may handle operational data.

• Chat content and call audio are not recorded by G Navigation. Call names and status are transmitted to the companion system/app and watch when you enable the feature.

• See the data policy, retention periods, and how to request deletion in the app. You can revoke consent, delete local data, and delete accounts in Settings.
