The site has three main purposes, firstly to give independent artists exposure, secondly to give a foundation for journalism students to practice the art of critique, and finally to give indie music junkies great recommendations on new and upcoming music.

Not only does the site serve as an independent voice for under appreciated music but it is also a launch pad for journalism students. Many have come and gone over the years.

We now allow artists to create their own profile pages to give community members exposure to their music.
