Eligibility of Participation:

• As an INDIVIDUAL, you are required to be at least 18 years old, a Malaysian citizen or a permanent resident residing in Malaysia.

• As a COMPANY, you are required to be legally incorporated company in Malaysia.

Buying Guide:

1. Log in and book a test drive via Xchange APP.

2. Visit our Showroom for a test drive.

3. Register and purchase bid voucher for your chosen vehicle.

4. We will take care of the paperwork including loan submission to bank.

5. Pick up the key to your vehicle.

Note:

• A bid voucher is a refundable voucher worth RM1,000 that entitles you to one bidding credit.

• Each bid voucher will be valid for only one (1) successful bid for one (1) unique vehicle.

• Every bid is equivalent to an increment of RM200.

Ways To Purchase a Bid Voucher:

Options -

a. Via the JomPAY payment channel in the MUV Xchange App; or

b. Either by way of cash, banker’s cheque (made payable to “MUV MARKETPLACE SDN. BHD.”), or credit card (3% merchant fees will be imposed) to MUV; or

c. By way of wire transfer, in which case you shall bear the relevant bank charges and you shall also be responsible to inform MUV upon successful payment, together with the supporting documents and/or bank receipt.
