The "MVV-App Beta", which is available as a public test version, already contains many familiar but also new functions relating to timetable information and MVV-HandyTickets - but it is not completely finished yet.

The best thing is that you can now influence further development with your feedback. What functions are you missing, which do you cope well with, and where would you like to see more functions?

The "MVV-App Beta" is not another, additional local transport app, but a preview of the next generation of the MVV-App. As soon as we consider the app to be good enough, it will replace the existing MVV-App. With the public test version, we want to involve our passengers as early as possible in the development process so that our app will optimally reflect their actual needs.

Functionally, free of charge and ad-free "MVV-App Beta" is based directly on the existing MVV-App. At the focus of the app are timetable information and HandyTickets for all public transport in Munich and the surrounding area (regional trains, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, and tram). With network maps, departure and arrival boards, RufTaxi bookings, notifications, incident information, and individual setting options, the app also comes with numerous other functions and services that make public transport journeys more comfortable. Many more improvements are already in the pipeline and will be added in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately, we can't save you a bit of small print before testing: The "MVV-App Beta" is, as the name suggests, a test version. This means that not everything is ready yet and there may still be minor problems. However, all basic functions should work reliably. Also, mobile tickets can already be purchased in the "MVV-App Beta". Please be aware, that you have to show tickets bought in the "MVV-App Beta" exclusively with the "MVV-App Beta" in case of a control. And vice versa: Please continue to show tickets purchased in the regular MVV-App with the regular MVV-App.
