My Brain and Me is an app by the Brain & Spine Foundation. The application is an aide for tracking your mood each day, with useful reminders for helping to moderate and improve your mental wellbeing.

My Brain and Me is aimed at children and young adults, and includes calming music, a contact book for emergency details, and re-assuring information to help those suffering with lasting effects of brain injuries.

My Brain and Me requires an internet connection.
