My Livebox is the official, free application for Orange customers' phones or tablets, which allows you to control your Livebox 6 router.

My Livebox functions

- Map of connected devices:

You have a map of all the devices in your home that are connected to the internet plus a visual diagram that allows you to see the status of each device and the quality of its connection to the Wi-Fi network.

- Wi-Fi network control:

You can easily control the Wi-Fi network in your home, set the days and time intervals when you want Wi-Fi access to be available for each or all devices in one place. You can control the connected devices and customize the settings for each one. With My Livebox you can rename your home Wi-Fi networks and change your password for them.

- Installation help:

My Livebox helps you install the Livebox 6 router in an intuitive and accurate way, step by step. Thanks to this feature you can enjoy Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house almost immediately.

- Diagnosis of network problems:

The My Livebox app helps you when you have a problem with your home network. You can diagnose and identify the problem, and depending on the test results, you can correct it. If necessary, My Livebox will suggest that you contact Customer Service.

- Wi-Fi sharing

You can give access to your Wi-Fi network and guests, via SMS or QR code, without them having to enter the password. In addition, you can control how many devices connect to your home network.

My Livebox requires the following permissions:

- Access the phone's camera to scan the QR code on Livebox 6

- The location of your mobile device to detect available Wi-Fi networks around it
