Access the online desk of SIAM, Servizi Integrati Acque del Mediterraneo SPA.

SIAM is the manager of the Integrated Water Service for the territory of the Municipality of Syracuse and this online counter, available both via the WEB and via APP for mobile devices, allows each SIAM customer to be able to check the status of his drinking water supplies and for irrigation uses (not potable).

Through the My SIAM APP each customer can check the status of his supply, his average consumption, his readings, insert a self-reading of the meter, check his account statement, see his bills and download the related PDF files.

Using the web version (accessible on the site https://siam.cloudeng.it/public/) SIAM customers can also enter online requests for operational practices such as new water connections, sewer connections, contract transfers, terminations, restorations, etc.
