Mya ™ is an extension of your health portal and maintains an up-to-date snapshot of your health that you can access anytime, anywhere via your smart device. The Mya ™ app helps you set health goals, coaches you every step of the way, provides encouragement, monitors your progress and allows you to log credits you earn as part of your wellness program.

Ready to begin? Here’s how the Mya ™ app works:

1. Set-up Secure Login

To activate Mya ™ , enter your current health portal login ID and password. If you don’t already have an ID or password, click “Get Started” to create them.

2. Check Your Message Center

Receive daily tips, reminders, encouragement and personal feedback from health coaches and clinicians.

3. Track Your Progress

Set health goals and monitor your progress. Keep tabs on individual health stats like your weight, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol and more.

4. Link to Activity Tracking Device

The Mya ™ app can be linked to a personal activity tracking device. Go to the “Setting” section of the Mya ™ app to authorize your device and then view your personal stats in the Tracker section.

5. Talk to a Nurse

Whether you have questions about a health condition, medication or care plan, you can talk one-on-one with a nurse — anytime 24/7.

6. Store Your Medical History

Keep your vital medical information organized and at your fingertips. With the Mya ™ app, you can access your medical history anywhere – even at the doctor’s office.

7. Stay Informed

Mya ™ creates a personalized library of articles and health tips related to your health concerns and goals.

8. Participate in Challenges

Now you can take part in challenges on the go! Use the Mya ™ app to enter challenge points, chart your progress, and track valuable credits you earn for meeting challenge goals.
