With a simple submission, your answers will be available in the hospital to be viewed and always available.

It is an app dedicated to the patient who has undergone or is indicated for pulmonary vein ablation and is included in the One Hospital ClinicalService clinical project of his hospital.

Your doctor will tell you how and when to use this app and provide you with login credentials.
