MyFiora is the App that allows you to manage your AdF - Acquedotto del Fiora S.p.A. domestic water users in complete autonomy and in total safety. - from the comfort of your smartphone, wherever you are.

With MyFiora managing your domestic water supply is very simple.

How to access: register through the App and log in: in a few minutes you will be able to use all the digital services designed for you. If you have already registered on the MyFiora web customer area, available on fiora.it, use the same credentials (username and password) to access the App.

How to use the services: associate your domestic water utilities directly from the App, setting up your profile will take a few minutes.

What services do you find on MyFiora:

• Self-reading: periodically send us the meter reading to have a bill calculated on your actual consumption;

• Web bill: to receive the bill directly in your e-mail box the day it is issued. With the Bolletta Web service you no longer receive your paper bill and make an ecological choice;

• Bank / post office address: activate the debit of bills on your current account and you will no longer have to think about deadlines;

• Invoices and payments: you can consult all your bills, download them and pay them directly via the app with your credit card, in complete safety;

• Monitoring of requests: you can follow the progress of your requests made through the App / Web portal, Counter and Call Center to stay up to date;

• Report a breakdown on public land or for your private user: you can report a water and / or sewer leak on public land or a breakdown concerning your private user to help us offer an even better service.
