myGEMconnect® mobile app puts management of your GEMpay account at your fingertips. It’s convenient, secure, fast, and it's free*! All you need is a GEMcloud® username and password from your GEMpay® provider.
What you can do
• Using the Dashboard, view account balances and your last charge at a glance
• View actual charges by cycle, including payroll deduction and meal plan accounts
• View individual charge receipts
• Print, share, or download any charge receipt
• Personalize the Dashboard by adding your friendly name or nickname
• Mobile meal ordering, which allows you to place meal orders and pay with GEMpay® directly from your mobile device
• View and edit credit cards for your account
