IF RECORDED SOUND QUALITY IS POOR, IT IS ADVISE TO TRY A VARIETY OF CONFIGURATION IN SETTING. PROBLEM MAY STILL PERSIST DUE TO DEVICES/HARDWARE LIMITATION.

-MYPLACE- A place for you to grow your network. You can do any FREE* annoucement/ promotion/ event/ advertisement as you like, but remember do not breach our terms. It's hassle-free and time saving. Most important is non-wastage, go green by savings materials for flyers, brochures, leaflet, banners and etc.

-CHATROOM: Now you can contact your friend/peer/buddy/family/client with our chatroom with added multimedia sharing function.

-CONFERENCE CHAT ROOM: You may add up to 25 user in a single conference chatroom to discuss anything.

-BOOKMARK: This feature is to bookmark any of your important message, audio, location & picture/photo which easier for you to search.

-REMINDER: You hardly miss a meeting, appointment or any individual date/task from reminder.

-MY SAV**: This feature is to complete your day with any details in your conversation. You may refresh/recall yourself from saved audio.

-SHARE AUDIO: You may share your important audio to your loves one or with your work peer.

-NO NEED TO LOG IN/OUT: No more confusion about getting logged off from another computer or device. With push notifications MyMate is ALWAYS ON and ALWAYS CONNECTED.

-NO NEED TO ADD BUDDIES: Your Address Book is used to automatically sync with your contacts. Your contacts who already have MyMate will be automatically displayed.

-MY SAV ENABLER: This only can enable and disable your MY SAV** feature. However, chat room will on going as usual.

-SELECT SCHEDULER: Is an optional auto execute feature which will auto delete any saved audio for a certain of period/time. However, those audio which is shared and set for reminder will remain for references use.

1) MyMate will access certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as your mobile phone number, push notification name (if applicable), billing information (if applicable) and mobile device information to MyMate when choosing to participate in various uses of the MyMate Service, such as registering as a user, updating uses status or requesting status for user's book or contact list on your mobile phone to locate the mobile phone numbers of other MyMate users ("in-network" numbers), or otherwise categorise other mobile phone numbers as "out-network" numbers, which are stored as one-way irreversibly hashed values.
