How does it work?

You choose first in the database protective back exercises, those that you will achieve. You yourself set the frequency and intensity of exercises. Each exercise is described and presented in a short video.

Every day, once your exercises performed, you indicate one click in the application. You can also add a comment.

You can always check your progress graphs, as your physiotherapist, who can encourage you remotely via the messaging application.
