The App of “My Mentor” pan-Armenian project gives a chance to the people interested in various professional fields and young professionals (mentee) to get in touch with already established and renowned professionals (mentor) from those fields and get their valuable experience and mentorship.

The user of the App needs:

-register in the system providing personal information. According to the special scale, relevant points are provided to the Mentees for the provided information. Mentees will use the points for getting the mentorship of the selected Mentor.

-choose a Mentor

-to gain additional points Mentees can take part in various events included in the “Activities” section of the App

-the final selection of the Mentee is done by the Mentor according to the relevant criteria.

By using the App young people are given a chance to be involved in active competition, which will boost the social involvement of the youth, enlarge their network, reveal their abilities and real potential. And finally, Mentees are given a chance to communicate and find the Mentor they’ve dreamt of for a long time and who can show them the most efficient and short way to future professional success and growth.
