WHAT IS MYPASS?

Mypass is an app designed to sell tickets, drinks, VIPs, and all that the organizer of a Party or Night Club, want to offer.

It is also a specialist in managing guest lists with corresponding control acces- so the Party or Nightclub system.

This system allows in turn, generate a community of people within the app, which will allow the organizer information with the profiles of their customers, generate reports of different types, such as getting customers Birthdays on certain period, which will allow to perform different marketing campaigns with the same or simply make notifications communications via phone or e-mail.

One of the keys to marketing is to implement actions targeted customer or customer group, we are interested in capturing and for this it is necessary to know what type of client is par- ticipating of the proposal.

In turn, mypass will allow the organizer to promote dynamic advertising within the app and administered by itself, the products of the sponsors who support the proposal of the establishment, can achieve different types of agreements.

Among the various objectives of the app, is the automation of processes, generate positive ex- perience, customer loyalty to the establishment, know that customer chooses the proposal offered, and make decisions in a timely manner with information in time real.

WHERE ARE AIMING MYPASS?

The mobile application aims to facilitate the management of parties, or Night Club, where you want to generate a sale or an invitation to a customer, with subsequent access control or product delivery.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The app consists of different types of users with different roles and access, allowing to generate an efficient process control.

The roles to determine each user are:

- "Administrator," who generates the user configures the inputs, VIPs and drinks offering the app, create guest lists, send notification and mail to registered customers by the app, and controls and monitors sales lists and performance promoters or RRPP.

- "Goalkeeper" is executed by scanning the QR code obtained by the customer, when making access request at no cost or purchase of a ticket.

- "Bar", is executed by scanning the QR code obtained by the customer, when making a purchase of a drink.

- "Public Relations" or promoter, is the user who invites its customers, giving them a code to enter the app, so they can operate it.

The user "PR" or Promoter will have a code (generated by the user adminis- trator of the establishment) that will provide its customers with the need to be recorded in an access list without cost or wish to purchase tickets or drinks for the party or Club NOC turn.

This code will allow access only to the establishment, for which the promoter or PR is host.

So that the customer can for example buy a ticket, you must first download the app (available for Android and IOS) and then register it be allowed ingre- sar informed by the PR code so that you are disponibilicen all options you can perform on that Party or Night Club, associated with that RRPP.

Each introduced a promoter or PR code is entered only once.
