Terranet Mobile App is the innovative selfcare solution available for Terranet customers giving fast and easy access to several services and features.

With the first of its kind in Lebanon, Terranet offers the “parental control” feature which gives our customers to do the following:

- Remotely Enable-Disable internet in their houses.

- Remotely Enable-Disable internet on their kids network only.

- Choose the default parental control package.

- Customize their own parental control package.

In addition to the above, Terranet gives our customers a precious tool “My home”. Customers can do the following:

- They can monitor connected devices to their home network

- Block or unblock devices

- Rename devices

- Change wireless password

- View logs of accessed websites during a certain date
