With the new MyTIM.SM APP you have the possibility to see the status of all your services through simple cards that show you in real time the operating status of your internet line and the consumption in the month of your fixed and mobile lines. You can also request assistance in a simple and immediate way.

You can access the service using the same username and password as the Customer Area. If you do not already have an account you can easily provide, just have your Customer Code, an invoice and follow the instructions that will be provided to you during registration.

- Check Minutes, SMS and Giga available on your mobile lines

- View the invoice in pdf format and download it

- Receive notifications with the progress of your reports and communicate in real time with our assistance service.
