Terdapat dua mode tingkat kesulitan yaitu mudah dan sulit.
Kalau kamu ingin menahan kentut lebih menantang, kamu bisa pilih mode sulit dan mendapatkan medali Emas setelah berhasil menyelesaikan target. Sedangkan medali Perak di mode mudah.

Hanya di game ini kamu dapat medali Perak atau Emas hanya dengan nahan kentut.
