NamePress: Certificate Maker

Certificate maker for a whole class, team or event, made in one go. Pick a design, type your school name once, paste the list of names, and NamePress makes one PDF certificate for every person.

READY TEMPLATES

Twelve certificate templates for the certificates people actually print, each in landscape and portrait:

• Prize and merit

• Participation

• Sports day

• Workshop and seminar attendance

• Internship

• Appreciation

• Volunteer

• Achievement

• Course completion

• Arts and cultural fest

• Star student

• Excellence

Change every line of the certificate design and format: school or organisation, heading, the lines above and below the name, date and signature titles. The preview updates as you type.

OR USE YOUR OWN DESIGN

Already have a certificate made in Canva or Word? Open the PDF and tap where the name goes.

BULK NAMES

• Paste names, one per line, or import a CSV or text file

• Add more fields like class, prize or event, each with its own list

• Long names shrink to fit the design automatically

• Sort and remove duplicates in one tap

FONTS AND STYLE

Elegant script fonts for names, plus dozens of Google Fonts, colours, sizes and exact positioning.

PRINT READY

Every certificate is a sharp vector PDF at A4 size, saved to your Downloads folder. Share them all as one ZIP on WhatsApp or email.

FREE, NOTHING LOCKED

Every feature works for free, with no watermark and no limit on names. Big batches take a short pause between certificates; watch one video or get Pro to make them all at full speed. Pro also removes ads.

Make participation certificates, sports certificates, certificates of appreciation and e certificates to share on WhatsApp.

Perfect for teachers, schools, colleges, coaching centres, clubs, NGOs, HR teams and event organisers.
