NBS is a security personnel booking platform. The application is available in both mobile and web interface. The main purpose of the application is to allow users (clients) to book licensed security agents using mobile application or web interface. The security agents can be booked instantly for immediate missions or can be booked for a planned missions. Our main objective in coming up with this platform is to help clients (businesses or individuals who are in need of security agents) and security agents to meet without undergoing a very tedious recruitment and onboarding process.

Mainly the people who will register to use the application are security agents. The security agents will be able to download the application using their mobile phones and also they can be able to invite friends to use the application. The clients are also able to register and download the application. This will help them to have security services at their preferred time that is long term or only for a short term basis. This will help them to do business in a flexible way without committing themselves to long term contracts but still able to get high quality services. As for security agents, this platform will help them as well to easily get employment.

Planned mission

These are missions where the client books an agent in advance. Moreover, they can be short term or long term.

Booking an Agent

The client will go into the application and selects the type of mission they want that is instant booking or planned mission. After entering the required information the mission will be available to all agents available. The first agent who accepts the mission is automatically selected for the mission and the client is informed and agent details (first name, last name, and mobile number) are given by push notification and the mission will not be available anymore. However, in case that the agent cancels the mission before it commences it means the mission will be on available missions for other agents to accept it.

Notifications to the security agent

The push notification or SMS is sent to a security agent to remind him/her the upcoming mission to confirm his availability.
