The necksoft App is designed and developed for head/neck posture training. The App is used accompanying with a necksoft posture training headset.

The integration of the App and the necksoft posture training headset realizes the real-time monitoring and biofeedback techniques to correct poor head/neck posture, including (1) detecting head craning forward or hanging downward, and (2) using biofeedback mechanisms of sound, to set alert and warning when in poor head posture. Research results have shown biofeedback mechanism does significantly improve the poor forward head posture.

The App provides real-time posture indicators of both forward and side head angles, with respective to the vertical lines, respectively. The App also provides the statistics of Good Posture (%), Wearing Time (min), and Response Time (min), in time scales of day, week, month, and year.
