We started our activities as a restaurant and cafe in 2017 in the Fairy Land of Nevşehir. During this time, we have always wanted to offer you the best by observing the differences, desires and happiness of our valued guests. In line with these experiences, we put the NeMS brand, which we created with the Slogan of Eternal Happiness, into your service in 2021, inspired by the Flower of Life, which symbolizes the existence of the Earth and symbolizes the eternal order and perfect symmetry in the universe.

While designing the places where we host you, we have taken into account the perfect order and symmetry of the universe. Believing that the universe has a soul, we tried to add spirit to our spaces with the aim of giving eternal happiness to your togetherness or loneliness.

While creating our menu, we have carefully chosen our drinks, inspired by the naturalness of the universe, the endless flavors of Local and World cuisine, and the source of life, water. While preparing our delicacies, we have prepared our own unique presentations in accordance with the spirit and nature by choosing the best quality and natural materials for you with the thought that every living creature deserves the most perfect of everything.
