WeGrow is a tool for organizations to build a culture of continuous 360 degree feedback and innovation. With WeGrow, all employees in the company can give and request feedback to anybody, any time. Did you see excellent work from a colleague? Tell them! With Instant Feedback, you can share your thoughts in 160 characters. It's a quick and easy way to recognize your colleagues or let them know what to improve on.

INVITE FOR COFFEE

The best feedback is provided in a conversation. With WeGrow, you can "invite coffee" to a colleague so you can talk about what are their strengths and areas to improve. Inviting for coffee is an excuse to discuss the feedback in more detail, get examples of what went well, what to improve, and make sure your fully understand the context of their feedback.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

Client is king, and with WeGrow you can request feedback from internal clients (other employees in the organization) or external clients (outside the organization). Just enter the name or email for the person, and the person will receive an email, they can give feedback from their browser and you'll receive it in WeGrow. No need to install any software. Client feedback can be at the individual or team level.

CREATE TEAMS

We all work in different teams over time. In order to reflect who we're working and obtain feedback from internal or external clients about your work, you can Create a Team in WeGrow. Once you create a team, you can request feedback from all team members or request feedback from a client. All the feedback received for the team is scored and visible to the whole organization.

GAMIFICATION

With continuous positive reinforcement, it's easier for us to build habits. WeGrow provides badges for giving feedback, requesting feedback, receiving feedback, inviting for coffee, etc. It's a great way to get motivated and build a culture of feedback in the organization.

INSIGHTS

With Insights you can track your progress over time and learn how your colleagues rate your soft skills and hard skills. In a global organization, you can even see how colleagues from different countries rate your performance.

UPDATE YOUR SKILLS

You can update your profile to reflect your most recent "hard" skills (technical, or functional skills). This way you can always get feedback on the skills that are most relevant to you from your leaders and peers. Just started coding in Python? Add it to your profile, this way the company can discover your skillset and connect you with opportunities when the need for this skill arises.

ANSWER PULSE SURVEYS

It's important for employees to provide feedback to the organization. With WeGrow, whenever a company asks for feedback, you can answer the survey from your phone. Your responses are anonymous and the organization will only see aggregate data from you, such as age bracket, gender distribution of responses, tenure brackets, and office you belong to.

GDPR COMPLIANCE

WeGrow doesn't track your location, nor does it access any information from your phone. If you want to personalize your profile picture of team cover photo, you need to provide access to camera or photos, however, WeGrow will only see the photo you decide to share with the app. The only data that we record is your usage of the application.
