Netsmart Image Capture

Users have the ability to capture an image from a mobile device and upload it into a resident/patient’s record. Images can include profile pictures, wounds, and other documents.

Images are not stored on the device’s camera roll. The application can be used online or offline in a secure and encrypted manner. Images are uploaded to myUnity (electronic health record) as a PDF. Profile pictures are uploaded as a JPEG and populated to the resident/patient's facesheet. All care settings can use Image Capture.
